What happens after I pay the setup fee?
We get to work immediately. You share your photos, property name, rooms and rates — we handle the rest. Your site is typically live within 3–5 business days.
Do I need to pay for hosting?
No. Hosting is included in your setup and has no extra cost. You only need to renew your domain name annually (usually around $10–15/year) directly with your registrar.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes. Your built-in CRM lets you edit text, photos, prices and availability without any coding. We also train you on how to use it during the setup.
Is the monthly plan mandatory?
No, it's completely optional. You can launch with the one-time setup and manage everything yourself using the CRM. The monthly plans are there if you'd rather have us handle updates for you.
